Our Productsd are shipped within 7-10 days using the following carriers: USPS FedEx UPS.
Please inspect contests imediately. Any damage must be reported within 7 days after receipt of package to receive credit. All materials must be kept.
To return your products, you should mail your product to:2350 O St., Lincoln, Nebraska United States 68510. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping cost are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of returning shipping will be deducted from your refund. depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Your ordering information (name, address, credit card, etc.) is encrypted during the ordering process & transmission, using our secure server to provide the highest level of security possible. In addition, once received, your credit card data is never stored by us to ensure the safest manner of payment possible.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We want you to be happy…but if you need to make a return.
We at Rixstine Recognition stand by our products, our service, and our craftsmanship because we want you to be as proud of your gift as we are. Before ordering, pay special attention that the personalized information is accurate. When you receive your product, if you are anything but delighted please contact us at 800.347.3810 and we’ll do our best to make you happy.
We value you as a customer and care about your satisfaction. So, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it. Here’s how.
Our refund policy is 60 Days. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after this period. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges (if applicable)

We want your order to be made just the way you want it! We understand that everyone makes mistakes. Please review your personalization information before submitting your order. Check spelling, dates, and names carefully. We guarantee our craftsmanship and the quality of our products completely and that your item will be personalized as you ordered it.
Due to the nature of personalizing your gift we are not able to do returns once personalized. We do however want to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your gift. If you have any questions or issues with your gift please contact Rixstine within 14 business days in order for us to address the issue.
Rixstine Recognition shall have no responsibility for the return or refund payment of the declared value of items left in our possession for more than 60 days after the invoice date of the items.
May receive a complete refund or exchange for merchandise of equal value within 60 days of the purchase order date.
After 60 days past the purchase date, may only be exchanged for merchandise of up to or equal value of the order.
If a purchase is made with a check any returns made within two business days can be exchanged for merchandise of equal value.
Refund will be done in the form of a check within 10 business days of date items are returned to the store.
Cash refunds greater than $75 will be issued in the form of a check by our office within 10 business days.
